1. 负责工厂的日常运行，确保生产效率和安全，包括工艺控制、生产效率和参数调整、拖车装载及时通知等；

2. 监控所有的操作设备并使其保持良好的运行，如果一些设备出现故障，需要快速响应并通知维修团队，帮助快速解决所有问题，确保可靠的向客户供应我们的产品；

3. 负责工厂的启厂/停厂、故障处理等工作；

4. 与物流、客户、OSC团队、维修团队、储运团队等保持有效沟通；

5. 执行领导的指示并反馈问题；

6. 提高英语水平，具备读、说、听和写的能力；

7. 完成管理层安排的其他工作。
