In this role, you will deliver software solutions that empower our people to innovate and invest for a better future. Proven engineering skills with the ability to work in Python using AWS to build data pipelines and microservices. Understanding of Design Patterns, Testing methodologies, and the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Comfortable proposing designs, gathering feedback, building solutions with reusability in mind, and documenting/explaining how the solution works. Comprehension of security aspects, including authentication and authorisation. Familiarity with Linux, Shell Scripting, load balancing, and basic networking concepts. Experience with Relational Database Services (RDS), including SQL and PL/SQL. Building solutions with user experience, automation, security, performance, resilience, cost, scale, and reusability in mind.
