Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain code of the search module in the chat application; + Lead the development and maintenance of essential modules, including search functionalities for meetings, shared spaces, various file types, and contacts, within the chat application; + Implement advanced search capabilities with optimized sorting algorithms to improve search result relevance and speed; + Innovate the search interface by redesigning the layout and user interactions to enhance usability and effectiveness; + Develop and maintain code of the contacts module in the chat application; + Implement methods to fetch various contacts from both cloud and local sources; + Support different types of contacts and presenting them in user-friendly formats; + Implement methods to fetch various contacts from both cloud and local sources; + Improve the retrieval process for channel information and members, optimizing performance and responsiveness; + Iterate on the module to meet evolving requirements and enhance user experience; + Develop and maintain code of the profile card feature in the chat application; + Expand profile information: Enhancing profile cards with comprehensive data fields, including geographic location and job roles; + Support diverse formats: Extending support for various profile card formats to accommodate different user preferences and needs; + Enhance presentation: Refining the visual presentation of profile cards to ensure clarity, readability, and user engagement; + Be responsible for the code for native and frontend interaction in the chat module; + Optimize messaging modules to enhance message formatting, content display, and interaction capabilities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive messaging experience for users; + Develop and maintain UI components for message modules, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly interface for displaying messages and interacting with message content, such as rich media attachments and inline previews; + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging features seamlessly with other modules, facilitating cross-module application and enhancing overall user experience across the platform; and + Effectively communicate and collaborate with project managers and designers, and adept at establishing a solid architectural design before development begins. What we're looking for: + Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, a related field, or foreign equivalent; + Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation; + Must have 2 years of experience in Objective-C; + Must have 2 years of experience in Apple’s Foundation and AppKit frameworks; + Must have 2 years of experience in Memory Management; + Must have 2 years of experience in Multithreading; + Must have 2 years of experience in UI rendering mechanisms; + Must have 2 years of experience in macOS component development; + Must have 2 years of experience in Git and Xcode; + Must have 2 years of experience in Mixing Objective-C with C++ and Swift; + Must have 2 years of experience in Programming concepts; and + Must have 2 years of experience in System Architecture. + Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.
