We are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and integration of various platforms supporting global engineering and other Red Hat departments. This role involves building custom services, enhancing vendor functionalities, and enabling cross-platform data tracking. Become part of a mission-driven team where your expertise will directly impact global engineering operations by enabling scalable solutions and delivering insights across our diverse product portfolio. **What Will You Do** + Collaborate with a globally dispersed team on initiatives and developing applications that are used within Global Engineering. + Design, develop, and maintain custom integration services for platforms such as Red Hat Product Pages, Git, Smartsheet,JIra, SFDC, Workday, Slack, and Google tools. + Collaborate with other engineers on initiatives to use AI technologies to enhance our current offerings and discover new use cases that can be developed to improve the way global engineering works. + Implement and manage integrations using REST APIs and other technologies to synchronize data across platforms. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver tools for improved project tracking and reporting. + Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support to end-users. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment. + Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. + Conduct code reviews and mentor team members. + Stay current with industry trends and tools, applying them to improve our ecosystem. **What Will You Bring** + Proficiency in Python, and integration tasks.
