Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement 

Support pre-project consulting and capture business direction, challenges, and requirementsRecommend ideas to improve business performance

Technology Design and Implementation

Create technical documentation and train end-users on SAP solutionsCollaborate with SAP experts, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions

Project Delivery

Manage small to medium initiativesPlan, execute, test solutions, and facilitate project progressOversee the software development team and external parties

People Management

Plan team resources and manage external partiesImplement Agile solutions, manage Solution Analysts, and coach themRequirements
Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines A minimum of 7 years of SAP analytics experience, including but not limited to SAP BW, SAP BO and SAC, in designing, developing, and implementing solutionsProven experience with SAP BW, SPA BO, SAC, ABAP and other BI toolsExperience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and ScrumGood knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, report design and data warehouse managementWell-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativityAbility to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skillsStrong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniquesPersonal & Application Information
