What you can expect
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to support our Zoom products in the German market. You’ll play a key role in helping customers adopt and integrate Zoom solutions as part of their UCaaS strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical career to develop deep expertise in unified communications and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Team
The Solutions Engineering team works closely with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver best-in-class technical support and guidance. We thrive on collaboration, continuous learning, and a strong customer-first approach. As a key part of the team, you'll support technical conversations and play a role in helping customers get the most out of Zoom.
Responsibilities
Assist German-speaking customers with technical questions and troubleshooting related to Zoom productsSupport resolution of customer escalations alongside senior engineersMaintain accurate case documentation and collaborate with internal teams to expedite solutionsContribute to internal knowledge resources, such as troubleshooting guides and help center articlesDriving proof of concepts with customers Participate in lab testing and product learning activities to build hands-on expertiseSupport the Sales team by helping address technical questions during the sales processWhat we’re looking for
Fluency in German and English is required1–3 minimum experience in a pre-sales roleUnderstanding of VOIP and networking concepts (e.g., SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)Familiarity with firewalls, switches, cloud-based telephony or contact center platformsWays of Working
