Responsibilities The Opportunity This role is responsible for delivering operational support in the development and execution of planograms across the LATAM region. Focusing on producing visually appealing, based on store clustering, space definitions, and category flow guidelines. The position works closely with Category Management teams to ensure all planograms meet approved standards and deliver strong business impact. The work directly contributes to boost sales and strengthens relationships with commercial partners across channels. Your Impact As Space Planning Specialist your functions would consist of: • Ensure the use of the planogram program provides efficient, effective, and comprehensive support to the CatLeads teams. • Guarantee accurate and timely delivery of tasks. • Delivering visually appealing planograms, based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined flow. • Collaborating closely with Category Management to ensure planograms meet approved parameters. • Conducting planogram quality control to ensure compliance with assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics. • Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously. • Ensure deadlines are met by tracking project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal project partners. • Manage planogram versioning, store combinations, and store-specific assignments, and provide reporting and data as needed. • Maintain the planogram database with the most up-to-date files. • Retain planogram models and files for historical reference, when necessary. • Manage clear verbal and written communication with sales partners. • Collaborate with Category and Space Management teams on projects. • Ensure timely and accurate planogram delivery in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and conduct action-oriented cause-of-change analysis. • Focus on speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than solely on SLA metrics. • Identify opportunities and take proactive steps to improve work delivery. • Continuously implement improvements and process simplification, leveraging optimal use of technology. • Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Engineering, Administration, or Marketing. Experience • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management or Trade Marketing • Knowledge and experience of space management technology platform JDA. • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Office, including excel. • Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions • Quick learner with the ability to adopt and navigate PepsiCo’s internal software systems. • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support. • Excellent time management, multitasking, prioritization, and planning skills.
