Position Overview: 

Supporting High School Designs, plans, and provides instruction using a variety of methods and resources appropriate for all learners. Creates and maintains a positive learning environment. Assesses student learning by using a variety of appropriate formal and informal methods. Keeps and maintains required records. Positions available: 5 Inclusion Special Education Teachers, 1 Specialized Special Education Teacher, and emotionally disabled Special Education Teacher Inclusion Special Education Teacher: create a safe, intellectually challenging learning environment.  Specialized Special Education Teacher: Work in a dedicated setting to meet the unique needs of exceptional learners. Implement individualized special education services using district resources 

Qualifications: 

Valid Arizona Special Education Credential Bachelor’s degree Required, Master’s degree Preferred IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Have an Essential Element of Effective Instruction (EEEI) OR make themselves available to staff development.
