Job Description

To collect, consolidate and analyze large data in preparation for building Supply Chain tools and dashboards. Visualize data using charts and dashboards in Power BI, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across logistics, inventory, and operations. Building data models in Databricks as a enabler for data driven Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities

Lead in-depth analysis across supply chain datasets to uncover key business insights.

Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards (Power BI) for real-time KPI monitoring.

Collaborate with Divisional and Central Supply Chain teams to gather data requirements and deliver tailored insights and solutions.

Ensure data integrity, standardization, and cleanliness across all systems.

Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and application development.

Develop and manage solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SQL, Python, AI, and Power Platform.

Construct clear narratives of business problems, root causes, solution options, and opportunities using data visualization, including reports and dashboards.

Stay current with emerging analytical and digital tools, techniques, and trends, recommending improvements to supply chain processes.

Analyze complex, high-volume, and sometimes conflicting data to effectively solve problems.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6–10 years of experience in data analytics and supply chain domains.

Proficient in Power BI (both Desktop and Workspaces) for building and managing dynamic dashboards and reports.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases and writing complex queries to support and optimize business operations.

Skilled in Python and relevant libraries for data analysis, automation, and developing AI/ML models.

Experienced with Microsoft Power Platform tools — including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder — for end-to-end solution development.

Familiar with AI integration using both Power Platform’s AI Builder and Python’s AI libraries.

Knowledge of ERP systems implemented at Danfoss and their integration into analytics workflows.

Experience building and maintaining data models in Databricks that are leveraged across the organization.

Strong understanding of core Supply Chain processes and hands-on experience working with SC data to drive insights and improvements.
