Specialties Sales Sr. Manager

You will join Commercial Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:

- Strategic leadership and business development

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for industrial sectors, ensuring alignment with business long-term objectives.Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunitiesOversee sales teams to achieve sales targetsSecure high-value contracts and drive proposal development for large scale tenders, ensuring technical and financial viability.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, collaborate with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to tailor solutions for client needsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows and marketing activities.

- Financial oversight

Manage P&L for commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reportDesign pricing models and take decisions for the price related with each offer or long-term agreement.

- Team management and risk control

Mentor and develop regional sales, grow the team’s capabilities both on technical and commercial skill sides.Foster a performance-driven culture focused on innovation and customer service-centricity.Make sure the contract terms and conditions align with group requirements and get approval from the region management team or group HQ for any deviation.

- Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related fields. MBA or equivalent preferred.10+ years’ experience in senior commercial management roles within multiple industries sectors ( Mining, Rail, Rolling Stock, energy, or heavy machinery industries)Expertise in negotiation and contract management, strong financial acumen, and data-driven decision-makingFluency English for communication and global company experience preferred
