We’re looking for a driven and resilient **Senior Analyst of Innovation Excellence** to join the Marketing Excellence team at Mondelēz México. This role will be the **PMO (Project Management Office) for the Innovation agenda** , acting as the operational backbone of one of the most strategic pillars of our marketing transformation journey.
**Brand teams lead innovation projects end-to-end, and this role acts as a powerful enabler—ensuring their success** through the right tools, global trainings, governance routines, and performance tracking. By driving alignment, speed and quality across the process, this position becomes essential to unlocking the full potential of our innovation agenda.
What You’ll Do
• Act as the **PMO of the Innovation agenda** : establish routines, follow up on timelines, track key KPIs, and ensure process discipline across teams.
• Partner closely with global and regional teams **to land global frameworks, trainings, and reporting tools.**
• Ensure that brand teams have the right tools and capabilities to lead their innovation projects effectively—from ideation to launch.
**• Facilitate and continuously improve innovation governance routines** , driving alignment across Marketing, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial.
• Monitor and report the **performance of the innovation pipeline** , identifying risks and opportunities to accelerate impact.
• Be a strong voice to **challenge and push the organization** , ensuring agility and accountability in a matrixed environment.
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, innovation, or business operations.
• **Proven project management skills** and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and levels.
• **Strong organizational skills and a structured mindset** , with high attention to detail and a bias for action.
**• Confidence and personal drive to influence others** , challenge constructively, and maintain momentum in fast-paced settings.
• **Interest in innovation,** marketing processes, and capability building.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in innovation-related roles, PMO functions, or capability programs.
• Exposure to multinational or matrixed organizations is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with innovation KPIs, governance models, or training programs is desirable.
