Job Title: Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner - Technology
The expectation is that this candidate will be onsite 3x per week in Acton, MA or San Diego, CA.
Position Overview:
The Senior Director, HR Business Partner - Technology acts as a strategic partner to the senior leaders of the Technology organization, with a focus on shaping and driving the execution of people strategies. Reporting to the VP, HRBP Product and Technology, the Senior Director will be accountable for talent management, organization development, culture and leadership ensuring that global programs in these areas are fit for purpose and rolled-out in a systematic and impactful way. The incumbent will work in close partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence to address the needs of the business and evolve the culture as needed. This position requires the ability to manage both strategic priorities and tactical execution, as well as two Senior HR Managers.
Responsibilities:
• Provides ongoing support to senior management on matters of goal setting, policy development, and strategic implementation in support of achieving corporate objective and business growth domestically and internationally.
• Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement programs across the organization inclusive of talent management, organizational development, culture, engagement, compensation etc.
• Partners with senior management to lead talent management processes, focusing on high quality and standardized implementation across key areas of the business.
• Develops, evaluates, and leads a small team of human resource professionals with a goal of maintaining a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive strategic internal consulting group.
• Works closely with business leaders on organization development and effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, retention, and professional development for the functional groups supported.
• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning on new programs/strategies as those items impact the attraction, motivation development and retention of talent across the company.
• Remains current on local, state, federal and international human resource related laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
• Fosters a culture consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership of the company.
• Leads strategic initiatives impacting the organization or within Human Resources.
• Manages the HR budget in a responsible way.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in a business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience in global organizations
• Minimum of 5 years of people management with a strong track record in attracting and developing top talent.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Travel may be required up to 5-10% of the time.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,700.00 - $292,050.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
