The primary purpose of the Senior Director of Central Selling role is to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives by driving sales strategy and sales execution for assigned vertical while proactively anticipating trends in customer growth and satisfaction. The role will also develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. This role will lead a team of Central Selling Directors and support the transformation and strategy of the Central Selling organization to profitably meet top line sales objectives in the short-term while focused on developing strategic centralized capabilities in the medium to long term. In partnership with the VP of Services, VP of Central Selling and Installation Support, and appropriate Merchandising VPs, this role will develop a centralized selling strategy that focuses on growing sales profitably and elevating the customer experience; while partnering with Divisional/Regional leaders to ensure effective support, engagement and comprehension of the Lowe's central selling strategy. It is critical for this leadership role to align cross functionally ensuring all communication, processes, quality, and training for the team exist thus enabling Lowe's to drive Associate engagement, better adoption, and improved KPIs to include achievement of sales, margin, productivity and customer satisfaction metrics among others.

Bachelor's Degree Related Business Field or equivalent combination of education and experience8-10 Years Experience leading sales professionals delivering business results5-7 Years Positively impacting the performance of sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, training programs, productivity initiatives and customer communication tools.3-5 Years Demonstrated ability to work with remotely located sales team membersPreferred Skills/Education
5-7 Years Experience working in a retail, specifically in Home Improvement3-5 Years Experience incorporating market data and building strategic plans for emerging trends for the achievement of growing sales plans
