Responsible for people management of project QEs, IPQC and OQC.Responsible for leading internal PSO document review and iPSO audit.Responsible for initiating safe launch activities and monitor the execution performanceResponsible for collecting and submitting PPAP documents.Responsible for delivering quality training and providing quality support to the project team.Responsible for participating in failures analysis and quality issue investigation.Responsible for monitoring manufacturing process.Existing SOP project quality control maintenance.Continuous improvement activities to improve COPQTrain and coach quality engineersCompliance to IATF16949 and customer requirements.Compliance to Harman BMSReport weekly, monthly, quarterly on external and internal Key Performance Index, quality status.Responsible for fast-response of customer 0km complaintResponsible for root-cause for customer 0km complaintResponsible for action effectiveness for customer 0km complaintOther additional tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in electrical engineering10 years quality working experience in automotive/audio/electronics industries, including 3 years as a management position.Must have a very good skills and experience about problem solving.Have a thorough understanding of statistical methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems.Active participation in ISO/TS 16949 assessments.Experience obtained working in automotive industry.Quality related experience is highly desirable Direct experience with handling the customer complains.Good presentation skill and communication skill.Proficient in both oral and written English is a MUSTBonus Points if You Have
