Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and decision-making.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute seasonal marketing strategies for category share builder and always-on campaigns, leading a cross-functional team across insights, e-commerce, merchandising, media, creative, and store visuals. Campaign Development: Create compelling campaign briefs to align internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact marketing support.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with merchant teams to align on key customer messaging, seasonal priorities, and promotional initiatives.Execution & Optimization: Oversee the execution of category marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, market trends, and customer insights.Project & Workflow Management: Lead and mentor Category Marketing Specialists, ensuring timely execution of elevated requests and campaign assets while managing integrated planning deadlines.E-Commerce Integration: Partner with e-commerce teams to optimize digital customer journeys and enhance omnichannel engagement.Proofing Oversight: Ensure accuracy and completeness in marketing materials by working closely with creative teams, offer specialists, and production teams.Go-To-Market Strategy: Assist in the development of quarterly marketing plans to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize seasonal opportunities.Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best-in-class marketing practices to maintain a competitive edge.Team Development: Mentor and develop supporting teamDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rulesDuties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements & Attendance
