As the Sr Manager Item Enrichment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that product data is set up accurately, on time, and enriched to meet internal standards and customer expectations.

Job Description:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Work Experience:

8–12 years of experience in content operations, product data management, or a related field

Strong knowledge of ecommerce PIM platforms, data management tools, and relevant industry standards for product content

Experience working in or managing Syndigo PIM system (or similar) is strongly preferred

Skills:

Proven track record of managing large volumes of product data under strict timelines, with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlined workflows

Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate content enrichment teams and manage vendor relationships; strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high attention to detail

Foster strong relationships with vendors, internal partners, and third-party service providers, ensuring alignment and streamlined workflows

Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the full item setup lifecycle, including style creation and SKU enrichment, to meet SLAs and maintain data integrity

Oversee the on-the-ground operations for new style setup, SKU enrichment, and ongoing maintenance within our Product Information Management (PIM) system (Syndigo), as well as manage relationships with both third-party vendors and internal cross-functional partners

Partner with a third-party vendor to support style creation and ensure timely, accurate transfer of product data

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing) to gather necessary product attributes, images, and other data for enrichment. Ensure all content is accurate, complete, and optimized for discoverability in online channels

Leverage Syndigo’s capabilities to maintain a single source of truth for product information. Implement best practices for data governance, organization, and process improvements in collaboration with leadership. Interface with external product vendors to obtain, clarify, and validate product information

Communicate frequently with the Ecommerce Content Operations Lead, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain data accuracy

Identify and execute opportunities for process automation, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency. Troubleshoot content-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business impact

Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

Ability to work in a typical office environment using standard equipment (computer, phone, etc.) for extended periods

Regular onsite attendance in Katy, TX, during standard business hours

Some travel may be required (e.g., vendor visits, conferences)
