This includes developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and their practices; serving as a liaison between physicians and administrators and leaders to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise; promoting and marketing AdventHealth services; and positively influencing referral patterns. They will partner with the director and the growth council leadership team to serve as a catalyst for driving service line growth by helping execute referral growth strategies. The Physician Relations Specialist is expected to attend assigned medical staff department and committee meetings, and to follow-up on action items as necessary in a timely manner. In addition, the Physician Relations Specialist will assist in planning assigned professional and social events for physicians and their families. Tracks key visits, blitzes, opportunities, and issues in _Sales Force_ daily and syncs data weekly.
