Sr Product Marketing - Hybrid

This role will work closely with the Director, Head of Product Marketing, to support marketing activities across our commercial and residential solutions portfolio. This role will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans that drive the growth and adoption of our products and services.

Essential Job Functions:

Work closely with head of product marketing, product management and sales teams to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategyCollaborate with internal stakeholders to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels to support prioritized growth opportunitiesManage and expand email nurture campaigns to promote our portfolio of services and technology productsWork with Content Marketing and Product Managers to create engaging external content including videos, case studies, articles, guides, white papers that promote our business solutions and client-facing teamsTrack and measure the effectiveness and impact of all marketing tactics (email, paid media, social, events, etc.) and tie them to marketing qualified leads and captured revenueSupport the Product Marketing leader with presentations and reporting updates to business line partners, sales leaders, and Head of MarketingUpdate existing and create new business development materials and sales collateral as neededMaintain audience, prospect and client contact lists for all lines of business to be used in the execution of digital marketing campaignsSupport events/conferences with email and social communications, materials and logistical supportPartner with Digital and Content leads to ensure website is updated with accurate information, stats and content is optimized to capture, engage and convert target audiencesPartner with Social lead to ensure key business lines and leaders are represented consistently on social mediaSupport paid media execution, working with media and creative agencies as well as publishers as neededOther activities that may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.Experience in Product Marketing (experience in marketing B2B services, B2B technology, commercial real estate, residential mortgage, financial industries preferred but not required)Understanding of the process of launching and growing a product in the market, focusing on understanding customer needs, positioning the product effectively, and communicating its value to the target audienceExperience with AI tools and application in product marketing effortsImpeccable writing skills and storytelling, with ability to simplify complex informationAbility to work collaboratively across many teams to achieve a common goalAn innovative self-starter, with a strong work ethic

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$115,000.00 - $140,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
