Sr Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Usage - GTM

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager focused on Copilot Usage for Go-To Market (GTM) role is a critical position designed to drive the integration of usage strategies and agent-focused initiatives. This position combines expertise in product marketing, customer success, and AI solutions to create a cohesive strategy aimed at maximizing the adoption and utilization of our Copilot offerings. The role requires a visionary individual who can bridge cross-functional teams, leverage customer insights, and align product usage strategies with agent updates for impactful results.
This is a fast-paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. This is a highly visible role in a space that requires both the rapid development of new AI-focused solutions and delivering ongoing growth of the Copilot business.

**Responsibilities**
**Usage Strategy Development**
+ Lead the development and execution of a customer success strategy for Usage, ensuring customers are leveraging these offerings to their full potential.
+ Design and implement usage-focused product-led growth strategies that drive Copilot expansion and scale.
+ Analyze customer success impact metrics, track product usage, and measure initiative progress.
+ Translate complex Copilot updates into actionable insights for customers and field teams.
+ Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to integrate updates into quarterly planning frameworks.
+ Bridge the gap between Copilot updates and practical implementation through thought leadership on leveraging new features.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with Customer Success teams, Engineering teams, and Copilot PMM teams to develop cohesive usage focused Go-To-Market strategies.
+ Connect narratives across solution areas to provide comprehensive customer conversations for AI agents and Copilot offerings.
+ Deliver timely updates and insights on Copilot news to field and partner teams.
+ Highlight customer benefits and practical applications of new features and capabilities.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in product marketing or customer success
+ ORMaster's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in in product marketing or customer success
+ ORequivalent experience.
+ !+ years of experience in Modern Work or BizApps solutions and AI-focused product marketing.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product marketing or customer success
+ ORMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing or customer succes
+ ORequivalent experience.
+ Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proven track record in fostering collaboration across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
