Overview:
This position conducts pre-launch product validation testing (PVT) in support of new product introductions. Focus areas include backend IMEI Type configuration and assignment, system provisioning, validation of the customer out of box experience to include on-device setup and activation flows, eSIM download, and eSIM transfer across multiple device OS platforms including iOS and Android. Additional responsibilities include capturing device logs for device vendor analysis and defect triage when necessary, logging of defects in AT&T's defect tracking systems, regression testing of vendor provided fixes, and participation in regular status meetings.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work typically includes in-depth assessment of the networked application needs, providing network modeling, prototyping and simulation testing, consulting to further clarify needs to deliver application functionality.Performs network product engineering assignments, including design, development, documentation and testing of network hardware, firmware, or software products or systems.Assignments may include development of new products, enhancements, and modifications of existing products.Education and Experience:
Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Engineering, Math or Science preferred. Typically requires 2-3 years experience.Our Sr Specialist Product Development Engineers earn between $105,600.00 - $158,400.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
