The Senior Corporate Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions' clients. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions' clients. **This is a W2 contract position with occasional onsite travel to Highland Heights, KY.** The ideal candidate will bring experience sourcing for a wide range of corporate roles and demonstrate strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and refocus based on evolving priorities. **What you need:** + Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies + Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, to include contact lists, internal and external databases, meet ups/blogs, cold calling, and research. + Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions + Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time + Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies + Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills + Exceptional internal and external customer service skills + Diplomatic and tactful communication style + Business and results orientation with a passion for people + Strong persuasion and negotiation skills **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent life-cycle.
