This role will ensure consistent applicationof policies and procedures andserve as a liaison and voice of theinternal departments/divisions and/or outsideorganizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Qualifications:
\n\nBachelor'sdegree,preferably in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field\nMaster’sdegree inHR or related field is a plus\nMinimum5-7 years’ experience in HR related field\nSeasoned professional that is concerned with problems that have a direct andimportant effect onbusiness programs and results\nResourcefulandself-sufficient\nExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in the Englishlanguage\nProficientinMicrosoft (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\nAbility to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality atall times is critical\nProfessionalcertification(PHR/SPHR) preferred\nAbilityto adapt to awide variety of situations and personalities\n\n\nEmployee Benefits & Incentives
