Responsibilities + Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers in Sales as it relates to people strategy + Coaching leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics + Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures + Providing guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling + Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback + Coordinating with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business What we’re looking for + Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Sales Organization both direct and non-direct + Have proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization + Be able to demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work + Be able to demonstrate project management and change management experience. + Have demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams. + Experience using data to identify insights that drive action + Possess consulting, coaching and facilitation skills + Possess the ability to handle ambiguity with ease Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $76,800.00 Maximum: $186,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
