Sr. Manager, Ad Operations
We are hiring for a Sr. Manager, Ad Operations to help define and architect our media buying structure associated to all programmatic tactics across every DSP leveraged by Digital Remedy. This role will have a heavy focus on CTV inventory buying structure and work closely with the media buying team. Also responsible for implementing, testing and tracking performance of all inventory Deals/PMPs across all buying platforms with the goal of ensuring delivery at the optimal price. 
Responsibilities: Partner with Ad Operations leads, Publisher Development and Media buying teams to onboard or modify CTV inventory deals and PMPs. Build inventory templates for CTV/OTT, Display and OLV  Work on custom CTV inventory builds as needed Assist Adops and department heads in training various teams on Inventory available and build structures.  Become fluent in Demand Side Bidding (DSPs) platforms such as, Microsoft Invest/Xandr DSP, Amazon, Beeswax, The Trade Desk, Simpli.if, DV360 and others  in an effort to optimize to client KPI’s. Shape inventory to ensure clients spend is allocated to a diverse group of quality CTV, Display and OLV publishers.  Responsible for driving profit and margin initiatives. Seek out new opportunities for acquiring inventory at better rates Help shape nascent or niche product offering such as Audio, Political and Contextual OTT inventory  Partner with Account Management and Sales for Quarterly Business Reviews Works closely with the Media Buying team to pace and deliver campaigns efficiently  Act as point of escalation to campaign activation team and media buying team Help solidify and streamline product offerings Help track and trend performance data with our supply side buying partners Implement offerings to allow non-managed service clients and agencies to buy our inventory via Xandr Curate Take part in scheduled meetings with vendors and publishers on a regular cadence

Skills:

3-5 Years of experience executing programmatic media spend or configuring deals inside DSPs. Thorough understanding of the Ad Tech landscape with an emphasis in DSP mechanics, RTB, Optimization and Pacing is required. Extensive experience in Microsoft Invest DSP and Xandr a plus BS/BA in an analytical field  Strong analytical skills and ability to make fast decisions with limited and noisy data. Strong knowledge of the overall ad tech landscape (RTB and DSP experience preferred) High level of proficiency with MS Excel  Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Let’s talk.   The base salary compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
