Responsible for complex payroll processing on multiple payroll cycles for the US, Canada and Puerto Rico (as assigned) which includes 12 legal entities, 5 business groups and approximately 13,500 employees. Provide payroll support including auditing payroll for completion and accuracy. Provide high quality service to internal and external customers regarding all aspects of payroll processing and processor education.

Geographic Scope: As assignedNumber of colleagues directly reporting to this job: 0Assist Global Mobility with payroll related items for expats, inpats and relocationsAssist with documenting payroll processes and procedures across business groupsDevelops, maintains and facilitates the yearly tracker and communications for all business groupsEffectively troubleshoots, resolves and communicates issues appropriatelyEnsures timely, accurate payroll processing with minimal errorsFocus on defining, recommending and implementing process improvements within the payroll processing area across all business groupsManage, track and facilitate year-end payroll processingParticipates in special projects to drive process improvements as assignedPartner with key stakeholders including other shared services members on payroll issues and provide training as neededProcess stock and other complex payrollsProvide assistance to Payroll Analysts with quarterly and year-end payroll correctionsProvides back-up assistance to other Payroll Administrators as neededProvides support to HRIS to ensure the Workday payroll system is in compliance with company policiesResponsible for maintaining, reviewing and responding to inquiries from internal and external customers within established SLA’s and quality measuresResponsible for training new Payroll Administrators on payroll processes, procedures and reportsSupport consistency and applies a continuous improvement framework to program implementation, administration and service level agreementsOther duties as assignedWhat We Value
