The role you’ll contribute:
The Senior Manager under the general direction of the Director monitors day to day operational activities of urgent care centers. Assists with developing, coaching and mentoring the professional development of Center Managers. Evaluates operational measurements as assigned by Director. Completes assigned special projects. Assists with activities related to all aspects of urgent care according to the philosophy, policies, procedures, and objectives. Provides assistance to physicians and maintains equipment. Schedules and coordinates onsite events for municipality clients. Assists sites with reporting and tracking for employees. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operation through our center managers to foster our mission and culture, to maintain operational standards and achieve performance benchmarks in support of the Operations Director.

Participates in process and performance improvement and assists in the development of action plans to improve patient care and essential processes including staffing effectiveness
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid in state Driver’s License with current car insurance
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field
2 years management experience Required or
5 years management experience Required or
4 years of experience in related field
