We are currently looking for a position of

 Senior Loyalty Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the IQOS loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives, customer needs, and business goals to drive long-term customer loyalty.Developing targeted campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement, using personalized offers and promotions to incentivize brand loyalty.Analyzing customer data and loyalty metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend optimizations. Using customer insights to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Category, Customer Service, Digital, Orchestra, and CRM teams, to align the loyalty strategy.Working with a digital agency (third-party management) to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely and effective manner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environment (3 years min.)Project management experience (2 years min, 5+ members)Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze complex customer data and translate insights into actionable strategiesAdvanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)   Fluent English is a must, Czech/Slovak is an advantageExperience with leading 3rd party employees is an advantage
