As a Sr. Systems Analyst – Order Management, you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing the technology systems and data within our organization. Your role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business processes and systems with technological solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Mentor junior analysts Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing your analytical expertise to achieve project goals. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance, security, and user experience. Excellent understanding of one or more processes involving order orchestration, fulfillment optimization, and inventory segmentation logic. Identify automation opportunities for recurring issues to streamline processes. Assist in the design and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features. Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices for future reference. Work closely with other IT professionals, business units, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts and analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing your analytical expertise to achieve project goals. Provide off-hour assistance and support during critical outage situations. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis, technical analysis, and security analysis. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience with data analysis and/or system analysis tools and methodologies. Functional knowledge of Manhattan Suite products or Manhattan Active Omni is plus. Retail and order processing or order management knowledge is a must have. Experience with writing queries in SQL or similar technology. Proven ability to develop and maintain code for automating repetitive tasks, creating alerts, and implementing incident recovery programs. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in an on-call basis as needed.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70,000 - $100,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
