Staff Accountant position to support general ledger accounting

Responsibilities

Compilation of uploads for Accounts Payable - Ryder, Cass, ARI

Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations

Reconciliation of Customer Rewards - Rebates and Funding

Misc general journal entries

TLS Accounting - PayPal transfers, coordination with billing on invoicing and cash apps

Participation in physical inventories

Financial Statement preparation

Subledger reporting and reconcilation - Rebates, Unvouchered

Monthly P&L analysis - freight, misc expenses

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

BS in Accounting or demonstrated relevant experience
