McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston invites applicants to fill our full-time staff physician positions in the Department of Anesthesiology.

 Position Key Accountabilities:

  
The physician staff member will provide anesthesia services at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, LBJ Hospital, or Memorial Hermann Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Responsibilities:
 

Supervising and medically directing resident anesthesiologists, nurse anesthetists, and anesthesia assistants at all service sites covered by the UTHealth Houston Anesthesia team.Reporting to the Medical Director of the Operating Room or her designee.

 Qualifications:

 

Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologistLicensed to practice in Texas. Four years of training (1-year general house staff) and 3 years anesthesiology residency.
