As a member of the Workforce Management Team, serves as a support/ liaison for:
Complex scheduling softwareMaintaining daily Kronos account for supplemental Nursing staffPerformance development of Informational Associates and TCA in CRTAccurate timekeeping/scheduling for the Clinical Resource Team and placement of supplemental agency staffAssisting with creating organizational processes for the Workforce Management DepartmentScheduling Performance Evaluations for CRTProcessing supplemental agency invoicesCoordinates new hire orientationRequirements:
High School Diploma with 1-2 year experience in health related field is required. Two-year associate degree with 1-2 years’ experience preferred.Demonstrable skills and proficiency with computer systems and spreadsheets, with capacity to learn complex scheduling software.Able to accurately maintain payroll and time and attendance records for department leadership. Strong customer service and inter personnel skills. Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate with multiple layers of organizational staff and leadershipAll new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements.
Pay range: $17.25-$22.54
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
