Responsible for coordinating the appropriate levels of staffing for patients, based on approved staffing matrix. This is based on acuity and census within the Nursing Services Department.

Required Qualifications:

1 year experience as a staffing specialist/department administrative support required.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years Hospital experience.
