Our programs offer crucially needed uncertified payment while getting hands on with flexible scheduling, all accompanied by a top tier curriculum from local Community Colleges. The Sterile Processing Apprenticeship Program is a hands-on, **6-month program starting on August 18th,** that prepares students to take the CRCST through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. The program includes online learning and on-site labs at Front Range Community College. While going through the SPD Program, you will be hired to work with us as an Uncertified Sterile Processing Technician. Pay Range: **Pay Structure** : The pay for this position is $18.00/hour with an incremental increase to $19.00 after 3 months and a final pay of $24.38 upon certification.
