Strategic Sourcing & Category Enablement Administrative Manager
**Hybrid** **Job Description:** + We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Sourcing & Category Enablement Administrative Manager to provide critical operational support to our PMO and related strategic initiatives within the CSCO Indirect Category Management department. + This role is essential for coordinating project tracking, managing data and administration within key procurement systems, facilitating core team meetings, supporting reporting efforts, and driving PMO process adherence and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** + Program & Initiative Coordination: + Work with Supplier Link 3.0 (contracting process improvement project) workstream leads to ensure program milestones are accurately tracked and updated. + Maintain the PMO initiative plan and continuous improvement parking lot, tracking progress on enhancements. + Metrics, Reporting & Communication: + Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders, and workstream leads to define appropriate dashboard metrics and ensure KPIs are measurable and considered during process development. + Assist in preparing presentation slides and newsletters for the CICM and Category Enablement (CE) teams to report on initiative status and progress. + Update reporting slides related to taxonomy changes. + System Administration & Data Management: + Cirtuo Strategy Solution: Liaise with Category Managers to define/agree on spend, align/format data per Cirtuo requirements, perform uploads, and manage user setup/updates. + Spendview (internal spend solution): Manage updates to CICM mappings, update system rules as needed, and work with Transportation Category Managers on spend alignment and rule updates. + SupplierBase (Internal Supplier Database): Systematically coordinate with Category Managers to ensure critical data accuracy within SupplierBase for SRM and reporting needs. + PayIntel (Rate Benchmarking Tool): Handle user administration including additions, role/location requests, and ensuring accurate mapping. + Meeting Facilitation: + Organize and facilitate monthly Leadership Team (LT) meetings, including agenda setting, material consolidation, and communication. + Plan and facilitate monthly Staff meetings, including determining topics and guiding speakers. + Identify relevant topics and facilitate regular Lunch and Learn sessions. + PMO Process Management & Improvement: + Manage the PMO project intake process via the Appsheet dashboard, ensuring requests are reviewed, approved, or appropriately challenged, including checks on proposed Program Manager workload balance. + Conduct regular PMO reporting activities. + Drive PMO continuous improvement by surveying the team, reviewing processes, and implementing enhancements from the initiative plan/parking lot. + Create, maintain, and refine PMO/governance frameworks, templates (slides, SOPs, playbook), and team- wide standards. + Ensure the CICM internal site remains current with relevant links, resources, and organizational information. **Experience (Mandatory):** + 3-5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, PMO support, or a related operational role. + Experience working within a Procurement, Supply Chain, Category Management, or Strategic Sourcing environment. + Demonstrated experience performing system uploads and ensuring accurate data formatting in support of procurement or strategy platforms (e.g., Cirtuo, Spendview). + Proven ability to manage user setup and maintenance, including access requests, role configurations, and ongoing updates across enterprise tools. + Experience with system administration tasks and data management concepts. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports for various audiences. + Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings effectively. **Experience (Desired):** + Direct experience with some of the specific tools mentioned (e.g., Cirtuo, Spendview, SupplierBase, Appsheet, or similar procurement/spend/project management software). + Experience with formal PMO processes (intake, governance, reporting, continuous improvement). + Experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites or other collaboration platforms. **Skills:** + Program & Project Coordination. + Strategic Sourcing & Category Enablement. + Procurement & Supply Chain Knowledge. + Cirtuo, Spendview, SupplierBase, Appsheet, or similar procurement/spend/project management software. + System Administration + Data Management. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
