Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development and documentation of standard procedures Implement projects in accordance with timeline Communicate project updates and results to internal stakeholders Provide Category Leads monthly and ad hoc reports for spend, volume and trends Support potential new packaging, innovation and sustainability projects Request quotes from suppliers and help Sourcing Leads in their sourcing activities including the usage of software tools such as SAP and Ariba Assist Category Leads by monitoring appropriate commodity markets and maintaining monthly cost changes Research and evaluate potential new suppliers and their products Management of Trace Gains data entries Provide accurate information as needed for RFX (request for quote), audits, and cost savings reviews Other responsibilities and duties as requiredEducation and Experience:
Candidate who is pursuing a business or engineering related Master’s degree Minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred Must have access to transportation to Lynnfield, MA Must be able to work from January to June or July to December Previous work/intern experience a plus Previous work/intern experience with SAP/Ariba (preferred)Skills and Competencies:
