If you have a passion for structural integrity and a knack for detailed calculations, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 🔧 Key Responsibilities: + Design Excellence: Create technical designs, detailing, calculations, and specifications for structural repairs and new designs on restoration projects. + Innovative Solutions: Develop structural design calculations, perform structural analysis/research, and produce specifications and drawings. + Code Mastery: Apply ACI, AISC, IBC building codes, PCI & PTI Design Guidelines to foundations, superstructures, and related components. + Field Expertise: Assist with site visits, review testing/inspection/field reports, and collaborate with Senior Structural Engineers on research/analysis reports. 💼 Required Skills: + Structural engineering + Structural inspection + Scaffolding + Facade design + AutoCAD + Microsoft Excel + STAAD + Revit 🎓 Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. + 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in designing parking structures. + Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools (Revit, STAAD, ARISA, spreadsheets). + EIT certification and on track towards PE; SE is a plus. + Experience with parking structures preferred; commercial, healthcare, industrial, utilities experience is transferrable. + Knowledge of ACI, AISC, IBC building codes, PCI & PTI Design Guidelines. + Expertise in structural design of concrete (precast, conventional, post-tensioned cast-in-place), structural steel, and masonry. + Experience with wind/seismic analysis, spread footing, and deep/shallow retention walls. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
