Role Summary: The Studio Lead is responsible for developing compelling creative concepts, scriptwriting, and overseeing end-to-end video production processes, including on-set direction and post-production editing, while ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends. The role demands strong visual storytelling skills, team collaboration, familiarity with AI technologies, and proficiency in production workflows to deliver innovative and high-quality content

Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and write scripts for video projects such as commercials and short videos based on project requirements Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production editing, ensuring the final output meets expectations Manage and coordinate on-set activities, including directing talent, managing shot composition, and maintaining overall shoot quality Collaborate closely with production teams (e.g., cinematographers, editors, art directors, postproduction) to ensure successful execution of creative ideas Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, understand client needs, and propose effective solutions Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance creative strategy with innovative visual storytelling Possess foundational knowledge of AI technologies and work with tech teams to explore creative applications of AI in video production.

 Requirements: 

Minimum 8 years of experience in video or short-form content production, with proven project success preferred Strong understanding of visual storytelling and excellent scriptwriting skills Familiar with video production workflows and experienced in on-set directing Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus Basic understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in video creation Familiarity with photography and art direction is an advantage
