Your Mission

Our team collaborates across all Volvo Group organizations and brands in Sweden, impacting over 26,000 employees. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Total Reward Sweden. 

What You Will Do

 

As a Total Reward Expert, you will collaborate closely with our compensation and benefits team and other functions within People & Culture Sweden. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Developing reward and recognition models, policies, tools, and guidelines.Managing and reviewing benefits and salary structures. Leading projects related to employee value propositions, salary reviews, pensions, and international mobility. Staying ahead of research and trends to ensure our total reward strategies align with business needs. Coaching and advising People & Culture Partners on total reward matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive and oversee various total reward projects to enhance awareness and improve processes. Initiate and support annual activities such as salary reviews and equal pay analyses. Collaborate with your colleagues to lead compensation and benefits negotiations at the national level. Provide expert advice on compliance and interpretation of national laws and collective agreements. Translate business needs into impactful total reward initiatives.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven senior experience in People & Culture and/or Compensation & Benefits. Training or experience in leadership, communication, and project management is valuable A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business and customer needs. Professional understanding of country laws, regulations, and collective agreements. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo. Proficiency in Excel and/or PowerBI is a plus. Previous experience in production or industry is advantageous.

 

While we prefer the position to be based in Gothenburg, we welcome applications from any Volvo Group site in Sweden. Some travel will be required.

 

Language Skills: Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
