Position Summary
Assists in the maintenance and landscaping duties of the outside grounds of all ADM office locations.

Physical RequirementsMust be physically able to stand and walk and climb ladders and stairs.Heavy lifting.Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.Minimum QualificationsMust successfully pass the Company background investigationMust possess a valid driver’s license or be able to lawfully operate a motor vehicle in a work environment.Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalency.Critical and Essential Job FunctionsAssist on landscape installations, hedge shearing and artistic pruning.Mow, pick up trash, and weed.Operate wide area mower, push mower, weedeater and other equipment.Repair fences, spread mulchTrim treesOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with special events, such as Annual Meeting, Safety Day meetings.Assist with furniture moves as neededEssential TraitsMust demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity.Must demonstrate a high degree of timeliness with respect to presence at work, assignments and meetings as well as with respect to the on-time completion of assigned projects.Must demonstrate a clear commitment to safety.Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.Must communicate effectively.
