The Superintendent will report daily to the office in Georgetown, D.C. This role involves overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years as a Superintendent on relevant commercial construction projects locally (historic preservation, schools, parks, libraries, community centers, some historic government work) for a general contractor.Management: Proven experience managing subcontractors and all GC trades in the field for at least 10+ years.Design-Build: Must have Design-Build experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $52.88/hr.
