Job Description
Join our reputable general contracting team as a Superintendent in Georgetown, D.C. You will work in a scenic office location on the waterfront, reporting daily to this vibrant and collaborative environment. Our firm specializes in historic preservation, rehabilitation, and new construction projects across various sectors, including retail, residential, institutional, and more.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily construction site operations from conception to completion.Coordinate with subcontractors and all general contractor trades to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure project adherence to design specifications, scope, and blueprints.Utilize Procore and other construction management tools effectively.Contribute to the successful delivery of historic preservation and renovation projects.Essential SkillsMinimum of 10 years of Superintendent experience with commercial construction projects.Proven track record with historic preservation, schools, parks, libraries, and community centers.Strong experience in managing subcontractors and all general contractor trades in the field.Design-Build experience is a must.Proficiency in using Procore, Excel, and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with historical renovation and preservation projects.Familiarity with the local Georgetown, D.C. construction landscape.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $52.88/hr.
