Job Title: Project Coordinator for Manufacturing Facility Upgrades Job Description Join a dynamic team for a two-year project involving significant manufacturing facility upgrades in Boulder, CO. This position offers a nine-month contract-to-hire opportunity, focusing on a $40 million renovation of a pharmaceutical plant with heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades. The project includes enhancements to boilers, chillers, and laboratories, ensuring the facility meets modern standards. Responsibilities + Coordinate and supervise design-build and bid-build projects within mission-critical facilities, including tele data switch centers and data centers. + Collaborate effectively with clients, design teams, and contractors to drive project success. + Promote and uphold a 'Safety First' culture on the job site. + Ensure Quality Control and Quality Assurance throughout the project lifecycle. + Manage daily coordination of subcontractors and oversee jobsite logistics. + Collect, review, and submit shop drawings, product data, and test reports. + Develop and maintain construction schedules and 'look ahead' plans. + Review project estimates with the operations team to incorporate logistical and site considerations. + Author and execute Method of Procedure documents. + Prepare daily and weekly reports, maintaining a photo journal of project progress. Essential Skills + Experience in construction management with mechanical and HVAC expertise. + Proficiency in using Procore or similar construction management software. + A proven track record of working on at least five clean room construction projects, preferably in pharmaceutical settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in industrial projects and mechanical upgrades (excluding oil/gas sectors). + Familiarity with clean manufacturing processes, with a preference for pharmaceutical or food/beverage industries. Work Environment The work environment is a mission-critical facility where attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols is paramount. You will be working on-site, coordinating with various teams to ensure project success. The position offers two weeks of accrued paid time off and six vacation days. The dress code is professional and adheres to safety standards required for construction sites. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $69.00/hr.
