Job Title: Project Superintendent (Commercial Construction) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of construction experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising trade partners and collaborating closely with the project team to ensure effective management. This role involves overseeing, managing, and mentoring staff on various projects and aiding in the development and implementation of site logistic plans. Responsibilities + Supervise all trade partners and ensure effective collaboration within the project team. + Oversee, manage, and mentor staff on assigned projects. + Develop and implement site logistic plans to ensure smooth project operations. + Manage projects with budgets exceeding $20 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. + Utilize construction software to enhance project management and supervision. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent. + Proven experience managing projects valued at over $20 million. + OSHA training certification. + Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and architectural drawings. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Phoenix. + Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM). + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent listening skills and a collaborative team participant. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in healthcare construction or multi-family construction is a plus. + Subcontractor management experience is beneficial. Work Environment This role is primarily on-site with work hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Weather conditions may vary.
