Supervisor - Distribution Center III McConnellsburg, PA **Onsite** Contract $27/hr - $40/hr **Direct Hire position** Distribution Supervisor- 2nd shift (2:30-3 start, 8 hours Mon-Fri) Must be onsite fulltime in Clinton PA Our well-known client in manufacturing is looking for a Distribution Supervisor for the Afternoon/evening Shift. **Required Skills & Experience** Top 3 qualifications: Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and empathy, problem solving skills, adaptability. Must have coaching skills and succession planning experience. Preference is for a college degree but not required In this role, you will be providing leadership to the team and facilitating the distribution process to ensure the achievement of quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives. You will assist in the continued development of a high-performance work team with ongoing coaching and direction, both formal and informal.
