Who You Are:
As a Supply Chain Manager at The Hemp Company by Curaleaf, you’ll lead end-to-end supply chain operations for our D9 business — our hemp-derived THC product line — overseeing inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment. You’ll manage a team, streamline systems and processes (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, our enterprise resource planning system), and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals while supporting month-end close, quarterly inventory counts, and ongoing system improvements.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment, while ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance Lead critical month-end inventory accounting processes and drive successful execution of quarterly and annual SOX audit physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness Drive operational excellence by managing logistics and implementing inventory control systems that optimize stock levels, reduce discrepancies, and improve turnover Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience, while ensuring timely, cost-effective shipping, transportation, and product delivery Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing warehouse and fulfillment team by fostering a positive, collaborative environment focused on productivity, accountability, and continuous growth Apply value stream mapping and lean principles to analyze material and information flow, identify inefficiencies, and distinguish value-added activities Leverage strong problem-solving skills and resource management expertise to assess complex operational challenges, optimize the use of equipment, facilities, and materials, and implement effective, data-driven improvements across the supply chain Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, while regularly reporting on logistics performance, KPIs, and potential risks Provide clear, solution-oriented updates to sales and operations teams on at-risk inventory to support proactive decision-making Bring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with hands-on experience using ERP and WMS platforms to streamline business processes, enhance data visibility, and support efficient supply chain operations Ensure full compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational integrityWhat You’ll Bring:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management, or equivalent work experience You understand safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations in a Food GMP facility, ensuring compliance and a safe working environment You bring proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software, enabling streamlined operations and data-driven decision-making You have proven leadership and team management experience, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills that drive efficiency and foster team successEven Better If:
