This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise Responsibilities Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics Leads daily performance meetings Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business Handles all team performance and personnel issues Manages time and payroll systems Working Shift: 8pm to 6am, Saturday-Tuesday Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $48,200 - $72,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
