What You Will Do:
Manage the centralized PFEP (plan for every part) data source for facilities, providing analytical engineering change and logistic process plan to ensure the material flow and RPRT. Responsible for PFEP digitalization transformation and enabling seamless integration of NPI/NSI.
Participates in facility teams to develop material flow plans and pull material replenishment plans. Support efforts to improve factory flow to enhance lean material flow.
This role performs physical / tactical work applying the Supply Chain Planning Process to build the Plan for Every Part for a value stream.
Working with cross function team to gather and analyse comprehensive data for each part used in the manufacturing process and maintain documents PFEP information in the PFEP Tool.
This position deploys visual elements and standard work in facilities, and actively supports facility change management activities as new supply chain processes are deployed.
Incumbent documents Standard Work Processes and makes it available to execute Part Planning at the facility.
The incumbent analyses value stream supply chain constraints and deploys corrective action.
Supporting PFEP process digitalization and automation transformation through digital and process automation tools, optimizing the data visualization and process automation.

Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Required Qualifications:
Degree and experience requirementMinimum of 5 years of progressively responsible supply chain job experience requiredProficiency in Office 365 tools such as Power BI (data modelling and visualization), Power Apps (low-code process development), Automation (process automation)6 Sigma project experience and Manufacturing Engineering experience highly desired.Experience with the CPS RIW and Value Stream Transformation process highly desiredComprehend English in various work scenarios, such as meetings, teleconferences, and discussions with international colleagues and clientsA background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics is desired.Desired Qualifications:
Digital tools: Proficiency in Power BI (data modelling and visualization), Power Apps (low-code process development), and Automation (process automation).Programming skills: Familiar with Python, with experience in logistics data analysis and algorithm development (such as inventory optimization models and transportation route planning).Integration of lean and digitalization: Familiar with tools such as Lean Six Sigma, VSM, and 5S, and able to combine digital technology to promote continuous improvement.Posting Dates:
