We’re currently seeking a Support Implementation Technician who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and excited to play a hands-on role in supporting our team and technology infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, traveling to various locations, and making a real impact through daily problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Support Administrator to resolve escalated ticketsCommunicate with users to resolve issues via phone, email, or in personDiagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issuesInstall, configure, and update systems, applications, and peripheralsAssist users with navigating systems and applicationsDocument support activities and resolutions in the ticketing systemDeliver technical training to end-usersPerform routine system maintenance and updatesEscalate complex issues to senior technical staff as neededAssist with equipment or office installationsCoordinate with vendors and service providers as neededSupport logistics of equipment delivery and pickupHelp maintain company vehicles and ensure routine upkeepCollaborate with departments to address cross-functional issuesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvementsSuccess Metrics
Ticket Resolution Times – Drive continuous improvement by reducing response and resolution timesUser Satisfaction – Maintain high levels of user satisfaction through effective communication and resolutionQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related certifications. CompTIA A+ preferredMinimum of 2 years in support or customer service rolesProficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networkingValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAble to lift and move up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and people skillsOrganized, reliable, and self-motivatedStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamWhy Complete Care?
