Survey CAD Project Manager

My client is a growing survey and construction company that has been dominating the NJ market for the last 10+ years. They are actively looking for a Survey CAD Project Manager, you will lead and manage construction layout and stakeout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will be responsible for generating precise stakeout data for construction layout and creating detailed CAD drawings using Civil 3D for various purposes including site plans, grading plans, and utility layouts. Some highlights are that we are prequalified with numerous individual construction companies, and is also prequalified with an extensive number of state agencies throughout NJ, NY and PA. In addition, this opportunity can lead to leading a department and leading projects from start to finish.

ResponsibilitiesManage field crews and client relations.Lead and oversee construction stakeout projects.Prepare stakeout data for construction layouts.Create detailed CAD drawings using Civil 3D for construction layout and stakeout purposes.Collaborate closely with surveyors, technicians, project coordinators, and support staff to ensure accuracy and timely project completion.Perform quality control checks on drawings and stakeout data to ensure compliance with industry standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CAD software and equipment.Maintain comprehensive records of all project drawings, stakeout data, and related documentation.Essential Skills3-5 years of project management experience in construction layout projects.Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.Expertise in land surveying and drafting.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.29/hr.
