Job Title: Surveyor Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to perform selected drafting assignments swiftly and accurately. The role involves transforming field-collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD) produced drawings. The Surveyor will be responsible for producing ALTA, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps, Specific Purpose Surveys, Construction staking, and office calculations using Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD). Additionally, the Surveyor will reduce field notes from field-collected data into survey/civil-grade base maps. Responsibilities + Perform selected drafting assignments quickly and accurately. + Transform field-collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD) produced drawings. + Produce ALTA, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps, Specific Purpose Surveys, Construction staking, and office calculations using Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD). + Reduce field notes from field-collected data into survey/civil-grade base maps. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Survey, CAD, Land Surveying, Drafting, Civil, Topography, and AutoCAD. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Survey Intern (SI) preferred but not required. + 10 years of experience as a survey technician acceptable without SI certification. + Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred but not required. + Geomatics education preferred.
